Return or exchange
- We offer an exchange and refund service within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, unused and with the original packaging.
- In the case of clothes with a hang tag attached to the garment, to complete the return, we need the balance or invoice.
- There are cases in which goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

Inside Qatar:
- If you wish to return the products, please contact us via email: Printaty@printaty.com or via our WhatsApp.
- A representative will be sent to you to receive the goods and inspect them. If the conditions are met, the representative will hand you the amount.
Outside Qatar:
- Please ship the received goods to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your item. We will also let you know if it meets the conditions and we agree to a refund.
- Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be added to your credit card or the original payment method will be refunded.
Late or lost refund (if applicable)
If the refund is delayed first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the amount to appear in your balance (usually two weeks)

Shipping or courier value
In the event of a return or exchange, the cost of the delivery representative (within Qatar) or the cost of the shipping company (outside Qatar) is non-refundable. The customer must bear the cost of shipping or delivery again in the event of an exchange. Unless the reason for the exchange is a damaged product or an error on our part, we will gladly bear the cost of delivery or shipping.
